Preparing and configuring Entriwise Connector

To import Amazon Seller Central transactions to QuickBooks Desktop Premier or QuickBooks Enterprise, it is necessary to download, unpack, start and connect Entriwise Connector.

Entriwise Connector requires Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016

Entriwise Connector is not compatible with Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2

Extract Entriwise Connector

To extract Entriwise Connector archive:

1. right click on the archive

2. select Extract All...

3. browse to a folder to extract the files to

Unzip Entriwise Connector archive

Connect to QuickBooks Desktop company file

Run QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise) and open your company file:

Start QuickBooks

Run Entriwise Connector:

Run Entriwise Connector

Allow connections to QuickBooks:

• select Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file is open

Allow Entriwise Connector to read and modify QuickBooks company file

Click Continue and then Confirm your choice by clicking Yes

Connect to Entriwise servers

In Entriwise Web App

1. Sign in with Amazon (if necessary)

2. Copy security token from Access key text box

In Entriwise Connector:

1. Paste security token into the Token text box

2. Click Connect button

Paste a token and click coonect

Status connected on green background confirms a successful connection and allows to start importing Amazon transactions into QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise).
