As of November 20, 2016 the following important Entriwise requirements and conventions exist:


Amazon Seller Account Requirements

To allow Entriwise to access your Amazon Seller Account the following Amazon accounts and services are required:

QuickBook Product Requirements

To account for Amazon inventory as QuickBooks inventory items the following Intuit QuickBooks products are required:


The following default items are expected in your QuickBooks company (see Setting up QuickBooks Desktop / Online):

  1. Account with type Bank named Amazon Balance to keep track of your Amazon balance

  2. Customer named Amazon Sales to track Amazon orders and order refunds

  3. Vendor named Amazon Services to track Amazon fees and fee refunds

Other notes

To avoid or minimize configuring Amazon to QuickBooks item mapping, consider setting Amazon Inventory SKU of corresponding inventory items equal to their QuickBooks Inventory Product Name
